| Thank you everyone who took part
in this year's trail, we had 20 scarecrows enter the trail. Next year
we hope that more of you will enter making it an additional attraction
to our carnival week events.
In October we celebrated our 10th Birthday with a big party. We
invited Rainbows from Tideswell and past Rainbows to join us in our
celebrations. There are some pictures of the event below. Just

On Sunday 28th September 2008,
Hope Valley & Tideswell District Rainbow Guides celebrated their
21st Birthday on Bradwell Sports Field and the weather managed to stay
fine. All the
Rainbows took part in craft activities and play lots of games, the
afternoon finished with a party tea which the girls had helped to make.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon activities.
We would like to thank Bradwell
Parish Council for the free use of their mini Marquee and Bradda Dads
for organising a team of helpers to erect and dismantle the marquee.
